HOW I GOT HERE _CEO, QWINSGLOW 

Grace Amarachi Nathan, initially started out as a makeup artist in 2017, before venturing into Nail tech, Over the last five years the 25 years old Entrepreneur has expanded into the world of Organic products and importation of human hair, utilizing various medium and media in the process.

Although, she has always been a beauty enthusiast, She attributes her inspiration and drive to the sheer need to be successful, She briefly shares her journey so far;

1. How much capital do you use to set up this business?

_ My first major investment was 300,000 naira, it was risky and I was very scared.

 

2. Did you share your capital with another person, or it’s a sole proprietorship?.

_ It's Sole Proprietorship.

 

3. How have you been able to cope with the constant power outstage in this location?.

_ To cope with outage, I acquired a alternative means of power supply, although my business hardly requires little power.

 

4. What other challenges do you face?.

_ Some of the challenges I encountered includes, the increase in dollar rate and High cost of importing products, I also experience issues in gaining trust of clients, due to the amount of fake vendors out there.

 

5. How satisfied are you with the sales traffic?.

_ It's a bit fair , though I would love to drive more traffic on my business.

 

6. How do you procure your products?.

_ I acquire my nail products locally, while I import my hair and makeup products worldwide .

 

7. How much is your estimate sales per month?.

_Presently, I make an estimate of  150,000 a month, although it all depends on it differs sometimes 

 

8. Where do you see yourself in the next 5years?.

_ I see my business expanding Nationwide and I recently opened a physical outlet at Ultimate, Iyana Ishasi, Ojo, Lagos. 

And also bagging endorsements deals with multi international Hair brands and Cosmetics.

 

9. How do you intend to support Nigeria economy and the society?.

_ So far I have been supporting my great Nation  by regularly paying my tax as a patriotic citizen, and I also hope with my expansion I would be able to create jobs.
